By making a booking with CastleViewApartments, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Policy
Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer. Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your reservation will not be finalized until payment is received and cleared.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before your check-in date.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Show: No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Changes to Your Reservation
Rate Adjustments: If the modification leads to a lower booking cost, the difference will be refunded, subject to our refund policy. If the modification leads to a higher cost, you will be required to pay the difference.
Modifying Your Booking: If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or upgrade accommodations), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
Personal Belongings: CastleViewApartments is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your stay.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
6. House Rules
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per apartment is 3, 4, or 5. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Behavior: Respectful behavior is expected. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
