1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. In this case, a full refund will be processed.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
• No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
• Special Circumstances: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact us directly. We may offer flexibility depending on the situation.

2. Refund Process

• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@castleviewapartments.gr with your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where only a partial refund is applicable (e.g., late cancellations), the specified percentage of the total booking amount will be refunded.

3. Changes to Your Reservation

• Modifying Your Booking: If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or upgrade accommodations), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Rate Adjustments: If the modification leads to a lower booking cost, the difference will be refunded, subject to our refund policy. If the modification leads to a higher cost, you will be required to pay the difference.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Certain Add-Ons: Any add-ons, such as special packages or services that are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking, are excluded from this refund policy.

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we reserve the right to modify our refund policy. We will work with affected guests on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable resolution.
