Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with CastleViewApartments, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Policy

• Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
• Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
• Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Reservations are finalized only after the payment has been received and cleared.

Once you have completed the transfer, please send your payment confirmation to info@castleviewapartments.gr .

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee.
• No Show: The full amount will be charged.
• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Changes to Your Reservation

• Rate Adjustments: Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
• Modifications: Changes (dates, upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. House Rules

• Occupancy: Maximum capacity per apartment is 3, 4, or 5 guests.
• Quiet Hours: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
• Smoking: Not allowed indoors.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Behavior: Respectful conduct is required. Violations may lead to eviction without refund.
