By making a booking with CastleViewApartments, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Policy

Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Reservations are finalized only after the payment has been received and cleared.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee.
No Show: The full amount will be charged.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Changes to Your Reservation

Rate Adjustments: Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Modifications: Changes (dates, upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. House Rules

Occupancy: Maximum capacity per apartment is 3, 4, or 5 guests.
Quiet Hours: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors.
Pets: Not allowed.
Behavior: Respectful conduct is required. Violations may lead to eviction without refund.
